Rachel Moss
Hello and welcome to my architecture website! I am a motivated and creative University of Florida architecture alumni with a Bachelor's of Design in Architecture and a minor in Sustainability & the Built Environment! I am currently working as a Project Engineer I for The Weitz Company out of West Palm Beach, FL on adaptive reuse projects. I also have interests in themed design, design-build, and in real estate development.
I have experience in technical and non-technical drawings, physical and digital modeling, Photoshop, Rhino 3D, Adobe InDesign, Lumion, Revit, BlueBeam, Excel, and Procore. I have gained field experience through my internships with Song+Associates and Coastal Construction.
Outside of academics, I implemented my passion for mentorship and collaboration an ambassador for the University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction, and Planning as well as the co-president for the organization. I also served as the external organizations liaison for American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) as well as a mentor for the School of Architecture Student Council. Upon graduation, I had received several awards for my leadership, architectural design coursework, and scholarships.
Looking forward to the future of design and construction!
Rachel
